Meet Marsha

Marsha Ershaghi, EdD, CCEP, is a globally recognized expert in enterprise risk management, leadership strategy, and organizational culture. A seasoned EdTech executive and certified compliance and ethics professional, her early career began at the forefront of developing enterprise technology products that codified governance, risk, and compliance education in the post-Sarbanes-Oxley era. At LRN, Inc., she led pioneering GRC solutions that translated complex regulations into workforce enablement, establishing industry benchmarks and analytics for Fortune 500 companies navigating corporate misconduct.

As Managing Director at Tapestry Networks, she led the board leadership practice, overseeing peer networks for board committee leaders in Audit, NomGov, Compensation, and Talent.  A published scholar in business ethics and leadership behavior, Marsha’s expertise has been featured in media and publications and worked with some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Marsha is a visiting faculty at USC Marshall School of Business and the USC Peter Arkley Risk Management Institute. She serves as a board advisor to several early to mid-stage tech enablement firms including Compliance.ai, Ethena, JustHerRideshare, and mentors emerging innovators in the Lewis Latimer Fellowship program. She is a contributing partner to the Ershaghi Center for Energy Transition at USC Viterbi, and is a Managing Partner at LMH Strategies, Inc.
